We are seeking experienced and strategic Online Business
Managers (OBMs) to provide high-level operational and management support for
our clients. This is a client-facing position, offering the opportunity to work
remotely while ensuring businesses run efficiently and achieve their growth
objectives.

In this leadership role, you will oversee operations, manage
teams, and implement strategies tailored to each client’s specific needs.
You’ll work closely with small-to-medium businesses, entrepreneurs, and busy
executives, helping them optimise their workflows, meet deadlines, and scale
their operations.

Our OBM packages will mainly operate on rolling contracts,
meaning you will collaborate with clients for extended periods, building strong
relationships and contributing to their ongoing success.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.

  • Proven experience in a previous role as a OMB.

  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Trello.

  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools.

  • Exceptional time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A track record of implementing and streamlining business processes.

We are looking for VAs with specific skills in the below:

  • Operational Management:     

    • Oversee and optimise business workflows and processes.

    • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions.

  • Team Management:

    • Manage and coordinate virtual teams, ensuring accountability and productivity.

    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Project Management:

    • Develop project timelines and workflows.

    • Track and report progress to clients.

    • Ensure smooth execution of business goals and initiatives.

  • Strategic Support:

    • Translate business objectives into actionable strategies.

    • Support the implementation of growth plans and marketing strategies.

  • Financial Oversight:

    • Monitor budgets and expenses.

    • Track and report on KPIs to ensure business performance is aligned with goals.

  • Client Communication and Reporting:

    • Provide regular updates on progress and performance.

    • Act as a key point of contact for high-level business discussions.
